Volunteer

We appreciate your interest in volunteering your time and talents to support the Perry Shipyard. This undertaking will require the skills of many individuals to aid in the preparation of the HALYBURTON for public opening to the future day-to-day operations of running a museum ship. 

There will be many opportunities for a range of individuals, and we encourage all to consider joining our volunteer pool. We encourage community members, veterans, students, and educators who have an interest in the museum ship to submit a Volunteer Interest Form. 

While we await the Navy’s approval for the HALYBURTON’s donation as a museum ship, we are actively compiling our volunteer database.
